MY NEW YEAR’S PLAN – while I embrace change and adjustment, and need to this year, I also need to realize that…

I may be alot of things, but daily I am authentically ME… not overly concerned if I am liked by all, not bothered if I don’t get everything right daily (cuz I don’t) or if I am heard or understood and also daily, ask myself where does all this negative self talk come from and does the message ring true… smetimes yes, and sometimes, not so much. This is all authentically me.

I know I am flawed, imperfect and make mistakes daily but I also am constantly just ME and rarely if ever, do I try to be someone else for someone else, and that is all I can promise myself everyday. I also try to be kind… kinder than I used to be, try to have the courage to do and say what is needed in any given moment (never have held much back), I am vulnerable daily in work and play and I try to love to the fullest and best of my ability every single day.

Is it enough daily for some??… NOPE it isn’t, it isn’t even enough for ME daily. I would love to be able to talk and catch up with my mom every day, check in with my brother, his wife & my nephew to see what’s new, spend time chatting with my close friends and listening to their life woes and wows as well as having time to see and spend quality time with my man but sadly every day makes me choose between ALL my priorities and alot of days, sadly, many fall to the wayside. 

That being said… I also know that ALOT needs to change this year, and I will definitely make a solid effort to do that this year.
